Quick Add

Looking to quickly add a single document for a single employee? Documents can be quickly saved to the site one at a time using the “+ Add Documents” button. Think of this button as a shortcut to your document states. It’s incredibly helpful if someone emails you an attachment; that attachment can be dragged and dropped directly into DynaFile without needing to be saved first.

  1. Click the Documents option in the far-left side menu.
  2. Click the blue “+ Add Documents” button
  3. Select the destination state for our document using the dropdown menu.
  4. Drag and Drop or use the “Select Documents” link to add your file to the site.

 Note: If you add a document to a state that requires metadata (who that document is for & what that document is) you will be required to provide that information immediately or the file will not be saved. The most common metadata document state is your Registered Document State (aka your saved document).
