The Index Browser is located in the Search Panel. Documents can be selected by expanding the virtual folders.
These folders only show when there are documents that reference them in the system. As you add documents corresponding folder will automatically be generated, you will never have a blank or empty folder. The Index Browser is an additional search tool users can drill down to find a specific employee or document, but no document updates can be made from this area, it is search only.
The display of the folders is a virtual representation of the Index Fields configured for the site you are accessing. The hierarchical order of the folders is customizable on a per-site basis.
